These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of Gugu Gaga Penguin: Wallpapers (“the app”), provided by Tisa Studio. By downloading or using the app, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
Using the app
The app is offered for your personal, non-commercial enjoyment. You agree to use it lawfully and not to misuse it or interfere with its normal operation.
Wallpapers & content
The wallpapers and other content in the app are owned by Tisa Studio or its licensors and are protected by intellectual-property laws. You may download them and set them as wallpaper on your own devices for personal use. You may not resell, redistribute, or claim them as your own.
Acceptable use
Please don’t attempt to copy the app’s code, reverse-engineer it, disrupt or overload it, or access its backend in unauthorized ways — and don’t use the app for anything unlawful.
Availability & changes
The app and its content are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We may add, change, or remove wallpapers and features at any time, and the service may occasionally be unavailable. We don’t guarantee that the app will always be available, uninterrupted, or error-free.
Third-party services
The app relies on third-party services — for example Supabase for hosting wallpaper images, Google AdMob for advertising, and Apple for the App Store and photo library. Your use of those services may also be subject to their own terms.
Ads & free service
The app is free and supported by advertising. Ads are provided by third parties, including Google AdMob, and we don’t control their content. We are not responsible for third-party ads or for the products, services, or websites they link to. Tapping an ad may take you outside the app.
Disclaimer & liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the app is provided without warranties of any kind, and Tisa Studio is not liable for any indirect or incidental damages arising from your use of the app.
Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms as the app evolves. Any changes will appear on this page with an updated date, and continuing to use the app means you accept the updated Terms.
